Boulabán Farm’s focus is on producing consistently high quality, rich, creamy ice-creams and sorbets for food service and retail markets.
These are made in small batches on the family dairy farm in Tipperary using milk and cream from their own pedigree Holstein/Friesian herd. The company prides itself on its flexibility and ability to create and develop bespoke flavours for key clients.
The company has won numerous Great Taste, Ice Cream Alliance UK, Ice Cream Alliance Ireland and Blas na hEireann awards. Recipient of the Best Artisan Producer at the 2012 Restaurant Association of Ireland (RAI) awards.
